"Unfortunately, this is just another startup culture where leadership, for the most part, is inexperienced and for many on the leadership team (including the CEO), this is their first real job. The culture is unhealthy, to say the least, and the men at the company continually fail up. There are also numerous instances during my time at the company where a male was brought in over a woman to take over their particular function when their performance and output was good if not great. To "succeed" here, particularly in a leadership capacity, you must be friends with the CEO or be a total yes man/follower as diversity in thought is not rewarded at Industrious. In addition to the clear lack of leadership, the company is also extremely reactionary and lacks true strategic direction and effective communication. If you are a male and went to an Ivy League school, you will likely excel."

"This is a culture where women support one another and can be found in all verticals, departments, and leadership throughout the company. There are a lot of great role models at the org and I feel like to be part of the company"
