"I love working at InfluxData. All of my coworkers are so willing to help each other out and are very understanding. We have unlimited PTO ,and our scheduled are very flexible. My coworkers are great and we really work as a team here. "

"Company is awesome on the paid parental leave but I feel that it can be extended to 16 - 20 weeks from 14 weeks. Or, from 14 - 20 weeks part time work. "
