"Exciting wok; great vetted clients; healthy team dynamics; and lots of growth opportunity on the career side. On the personal side, when life/kids/health/issues pop up, we're trusted to get our work done in the ways that work for us. As long as it's getting done on time and is quality work, no one needs or wants to micromanage you."

"Female-owned and mostly female employees; very flexible with family schedules and personal life; very generous (for the US) maternity and paternity leave; overall very caring environment - we work really hard, but because we love to. We're competitive in a "do the best work we can" way, not against one another. "
