August 2018

The sales side of the organization is encouraged to say or do virtually anything to close a sale. This sales methodology leads to a lot of unhappy clients on the client services side of things. No part of the sales process is honest, and the sales consultant can discount a $12,000 to $2,000 on closing day. Also really immature, petty WEIRD office politics and forced hanging out at least twice a month every Friday. It's very close-knit not in a healthy way but in a way to force everyone to overwork constantly.

Flexibility is not valued by management, and that is something that needs to be considered when accepting an offer.

No formal flex time or work from home policy everything is at manager's discretion- most managers frown on it even though most positions do not require you to be in the office to complete tasks.

This is a difficult place to work for women with families; long hours and very demanding, many women left when they got pregnant.

June 2017

This company helps you to keep your career and family together. As woman, we often need to choose one or the other. However, because of their structure and benefits, I have been able to have a fairly reasonable balance between work and home. I was able to set up a schedule that allow me to come earlier after dropping off my kid at the daycare and leave earlier to come back home with my kid. This special schedule works with me because of the daycare hours. I also can finish off the remainder of my work after I get home.

August 2016

Great place for career development- leadership is encouraging and supportive. Partners truly want to (and do) mentor. But work life balance is not great, hours are not flexible and not a lot of support for hours adjustments for family needs. Maternity leave isn't great either.
