  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. I would say that they should come in with the awareness that there are implicit biases, often culturally/religiously-based, that they should be cognisant of. I would not recommend this to a woman who does not have strong social skills or the ability to advocate for themselves in a culturally sensitive way. It's complicated.
