I interned there and shadowed multiple women. They seem to enjoy working at Bank of China

It depends on the team that you work in. I work in a team dominated by males and does not consider women at all

Maybe. If you like a fast paced environment. Maternity Leave options not that great, work from home options are very good if you work in IT

This company has a reduced hours program for mothers. But if you use it, you will be viewed negatively and as not committed.

PNC gives a decent amount of time off. It doesn't seem like there is much room for growth though and I'm at the very bottom of the payscale.

For a company that lauds itself as featuring a culture that promotes "work life balance" the reality is woefully lacking.

Sadly, it's a very stereotypical man-centric corporate environment. I would not recommend this organizaiton to any woman, as there is no communication, transparency or stability, and employees are regularly churned and burned.
