"There's still work to be done here for female equality, but impact is the most valued thing here, so if you're competitive and driven to succeed it can work well here. I worry about the women who aren't inclined to stick up for themselves. "

"Company generally doesn't allow work from home and attire is very formal. It's a hard environment to work in if you're juggling a growing family and a big job here. However, there are exceptions and I think most women have it easier in IC roles. "

"Stable company and good work-life balance that could be appealing to women with children or family. However gender diversity is lacking and there is not much room for advancement or growth. A good company to ride into retirement."
