"Like a lot of companies, experiences at intuit vary based on the organization. There does seem to be a lot of unconscious bias and a lack of awareness that it exists. There isn't a strong network of women at intuit so it can be hard to meet others."

"Work varies greatly based on what part of the company/business unit you are in. So do the number of female leaders - some have many, some almost none.
