"I really enjoy working at Intuit. The people and overall culture is awesome, and the benefits are amazing! Before working here, I didn't realize that there are companies who treat their employees like valued team members rather than just another cog in the wheel. Everyone I have worked with really respects work-life balance and is understanding when family needs arise. You won't find a better place to work. "

"I never had a single conversation with my mgr (except during interviews) as a contract employee. He was also a contract employee. I was transferred to a new mgr my first week who was also contract (but our direct team didn’t change) and neither did the lack of 1:1 meetings or any meetings for that matter. I met only with my direct coworkers for our standups and ad hoc zoom calls. "

"Intuit is very focused on diversity and inclusion. They understand that work is work and living life is more important. There is a drive for everyone to do their best work of their life, and there is another place for your within Intuit if you aren't happy in your current position. There seems to be more women than men in my department, and I believe firmly that everyone is treated equally."
