"This a great place to be especially if you want to grow your career. There is so much training available to you and the company really cares about your professional growth. There are also good things to find on site like the parent resource group, new employee resource group, and our private nursing rooms. "

"ISO-NE exists to serve New England so there is great collaboration across departments to meet those responsibilities. We are also in an ever changing industry so the company supports continuous education through tuition reimbursement, professional development. conferences/seminars, and internal trainings. Although we don't have a formal rotational program, employees are encouraged to move into new roles/departments. We also favor internal folks when hiring for Supervisor and above. I and fellow women I am close to feel supported, encouraged, and valued."
