"I've worked under primarily women since I've been hired and they have all worked hard to push me along my career path. I think even if you inquire about advancement opportunities they will find ways to help you achieve them. I may have been lucky seeing some of the reviews but it's been the best job I've ever had as far as respect goes. "

"Although there is an effort to bring in women, the focus is on those who are early in career. There's very little room for advancement for mid-career, even if a high achiever.
