"The company before Covid was a nice company to work for. Unfortunately upper management became very stressed and the company became very unstructured. The stores became highly micro managed and it wasn't a very pleasant place to work anymore. I certainly wouldn't suggest anyone with a voice of their own to work here. Your voice won't be heard. It's unfortunate upper management is going to run this Company into the ground. "

"Don't bother. Mean Girl atmosphere. If you are not "in their click", then work life stinks & you get left out. "

"The company is made up of 98% women, which is sometimes a challenging environment. During my interview, the CEO advised me of this statistic & asked me if that would be alright with me. It can be very "clique-y". Also, believe in your abilities & your opinions - do not be bullied by someone in a higher position...even if it is your supervisor. "

"All decisions in Design department are made by the VP, who spends her entire days in meetings, thus delaying timeline due dates and causing unnecessary scrambling at the last minute. Trust your team & allow them to make decisions so timelines are adhered to and time is allowed for necessary corrections so product is great - not just good."

"It's a very "mean girl" environment, with upper management bullying their employees and making them do their own work (and then taking credit for it!). It seems female run, but the people with the real power are the men- often referred to as the "boy's club." People gossip behind other's backs in a shockingly inappropriate way I've never seen in a corporate setting. Stay away. "
