Hire more workers. We definitely need them, but the committee is very strict on the hiring process and the legal paperwork doesn't make it any less harsher.

Senior management is very male heavy and tends to be oblivious to the issue. There is a wide variance in how women are treated by agency and department.

It's a great employer, but they require a lot of face time and have the same problems as most employers in terms of hiring women, paying women the same as men, and recognizing key women for promotions.

This place promotes and shares women empowerment, It's really a great place to work. They do like to have a variety of cultures and backgrounds for their employees. Once you start working they will dedicate a lot of time and preparations in training you so you can prvide the best and utmost service.

PPIL is really great in working with me with the hours that I was looking for. They give me enough Paid Time Off for me to take my yearly trips or vacations.

January 2016

In my division, women are paid significantly less than men who share the same qualifications. Something like .77 to every dollar. Management is indeed male dominated and there is no career path for advancement since key roles and responsibilities are given to men.

November 2015

There is a huge emphasis on personal appearance (even for those not in front of the camera). It must be an aspect of the Roger Ailes culture, but going to work, even as an intern, felt like a fashion show everyday and I felt like i was constantly being judged. Men, on the other hand, dressed far more casually. Most of the women were interns, secretaries, on-air talent or working low level positions. That being said, the company felt like a family and everyone was very supportive of one another. I would definitely return, but I wish there was more of an emphasis on female intellect rather than female beauty.
