Flexible -- but only white males get ahead -- look at their executive leadership team. Every employee gathering is about sports. All of the leadership team (exception HR), are very uncomfortable about discussing diversity.

Much like other tech companies, it is a largely male workforce, but I have not felt in my team or encounters that being female has held me back or meant my ideas were not valued. It would be great to see more females in the senior leadership

The family-friendly environment here is awesome. Because it's a small non-profit, the compensation is only ok, though oftentimes that's offset by the excellent benefits and flexibility. However, parental leave policies are good, but not great.
