September 2016

Women are not treated equally in regards to leadership opportunities. It is a great place to work if you are willing to clearly express your goals and have a strong enough personality and leadership skills to progress your career.

May 2016

Most of the sexist behavior I have experienced has come from those in management (including women) and their favored employees. Promotions are scarce and are based on favoritism. Harassing women, spreading gossiping, or taking credit for the work of others is subtly rewarded. Managers rule through passive aggression and retaliate against anyone who tries to change the culture or stand up for themselves.

February 2016

Been here for less than one year. Good benefits compared to other tech companies. Specifically, 401K matching, career development opportunities, ability to work from home, paid maternity leave, rooms to pump, etc. In the Product org there's a bit of a "boys club" feeling in upper management, which can make it hard to network at times.
