August 2018

DO NOT DO IT, IT IS LISTED AS A NOT FOR PROFIT.....BUT THE ADMINISTRATORS MAKE SIX PLUS FIGURES, WHILE CUTTING BACK ON EMPLOYEE PERKS, OR RAISES. EVEN EQUIPMENT OR MORE NEEDED STAFF. BECAUSE WHERE THEY CHOOSE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY IS NOT ON THE NECESSARY DEMANDS TO MAKE A HOSPITAL SAFE FOR ALL INVOLVED

UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED OFF 2-3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, YOU HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE TO TRADE SHIFTS WITH YOU. OFTEN NO ONE WANTS TO. USUALLY THE REASON TO NOT ADJUST YOUR SCHEDULE IS IT COULD BE A DAYSHIFT, RATHER THAN NIGHT SHIFT; OR IT IS OFTEN, NO ONE WILL RETURN THE FAVOR TO YOU WHENEVER YOU'VE SAID YES TO EVERYONE.

Since any college or university is free to choose whatever other selection criteria they want (bound by equal opportunity law and custom), the various new metrics and numbers really mean nothing.

The company, in general, appears to be conservative and leadership team is predominately dominated by men. Said this, I can see that things are changing and I personally found Agilent to be equal in the treatment of men and women.

November 2015

Women get paid less and are less likely to be promoted or respected, especially in the creative department. Women are often treated at tokens during pitches. This company is all talk about equality and diversity but no real action. Pregnant women and new mother's are shoved out.
