    Besides money and work/life balance, the morale of the teams need some work and some people need to be worked out of the company in order for that to happen.

    Maybe. They sometimes offer a flexible working schedule but you have to prove yourself. You are expected to be available 24/7 though because that's the business. People tend to be dramatic or catty which isn't ideal for a space that requires working together. Policies aren't clear and you will miss out on money if you aren't on top of it or don't read the fine print.
