"Be prepared for politics and favoritism at every level. Don’t expect much advancement - the senior and exec levels may change but everyone is brought in from outside, even when they don’t have PR experience."

"JConnelly understands that there is life beyond work, even for people who love and are committed to their job/career. Flexible hours and scheduling, ample vacation time, management who works with and treats people like individuals all add up to a place that supports women and the many roles they play in life, not just as professionals."

"It's fast paced and demanding. There is little room for error or hesitation - you have to be at the top of your game. However, it is reasonable and fair. "
