"I have always been able to work from home as needed without question, take the time I need for vacation, sick and personal time. My bosses have always been supportive and always came from a trusting place. To be fair the company is putting forth a lot of efforts and initiatives to hire and promote more women, improve all employee benefits (check out the new maternity/paternity leave program, Healthiest workforce initiative from the CHRO, and our Re-Ignite STEM return to work program to bring women back to the workforce who have taken time away) and also promotes an inclusive culture for diverse cultures and promotes taking time away from work to perform charitable works."

"I qualified for short term disability with my pregnancy which at the time was I think 24 weeks total plus there is a Family Leave benefit. I took 6 months off total to have my girls and was paid 75% of my salary on STD. The maternity leave policy has improved dramatically since having my twins 9 years ago so women don't have to do STD and get 100% pay while on leave."
