"Great company with good benefits for moms/families. Just extended the maternity leave policy. Support for IVF and adoption. Daycare available at most sites in US."

"Depends on your position, but many positions are flexible with work from home options. Also, the company is moving to open floor plans so the thinking is that you should work where you are needed that day. For some, that has resulted in more days or hours at home."
