"Women are in the highest positions within the organization. Outside the physician role, men are the minority (though that's evening out more and more.)"

"In nursing school, you are taught to have critical thinking, so you can be one step ahead of the problem. Here you are not allowed to do that, you have to call the doctor for every little thing. Some doctors listen to your suggestions, and others look at you like you are stupid. Lots of things to many to mention."
