August 2017

They value everyone's contributions but the mentality about work/life balance is based on outdated model of only one person working outside the home.

  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

It's a shame they don't offer any paid maternity leave. We are forced to use all of our vacation and sick time which leaves us with nothing when returning to work. There is also a lot of pressure to come back to work as soon as possible.

Diversity is not a priority for Asurion. Women in key leadership positions have been dimished over the past 12-18 months. Product and Technology are not organizations which favor hiring or promoting women.

Some women are very happy here, but the work life balance is non existent. They operate with an antiquated notion of anti-flexibility with scheduling/working from home.

Executive management was an "good ole boys club," but they've recently been actively trying to promote more women and minorities to upper management positions within the company. Currently, medical benefits offered to associates from parent company McGraw-Hill are an A+.
