"They're trying to get women into senior roles and there is a group for women to continue the discussion about women at Kantar; be warned, the male by default thinking is strong. Also - depending on which group you're in - senior leads will not take sexual harassment claims anywhere. You have to find the right person to call it out to them yourself to get it to move anywhere."
