"I have been with KinderCare Learning Companies for 14 years and would not change anything about my journey. I began as a center director where my passion and skill for recruiting was noticed. I was given the opportunity to transition into Talent Acquisition and have been given continuous opportunities to grow. This is an organization that encourages growth in an inclusive way. "
