"Working remotely, we have a lot of flexibility to pick up our kiddos or take time off as we need. Working in a center, we are responsible for little lives which limits our flexibility - understandably. With open communication between the employee and employer, we are usually able to find the perfect balance so everyone feels supported and the kiddos are safe!"

"The gossip and the drama is insane. You make no money, work crazy long hours. The benefits is $300 a month. Very unprofessional work place. Management is horrible. They move kids/ staff around like cattle to accommodate the low staff / poor management. Most people don’t even have degrees. Kids aren’t even supervised or given proper education so that staff can talk, be on their phones etc. Don’t work here let alone send your child here. Most horrible place to work. You can make more $ at McDonald’s and for half the headache. Bosses act like junior high school girls , and staff just follow poor management sadly. You can’t even get a bathroom break or a solid lunch break.. you have to work an entire year before getting ANY PTO.."
