"It’s a fairly decent point to get your foot in the door of education but the early childhood industry does not pay well even with huge corporations and the insurance is terrible. "

"There are great benefits for parents related to childcare. The biggest difficulty is planning--things often change very last minute, which makes it difficult to have any work life balance."

"There are some amazing things about our company, the childcare discount is amazing. I am personally discouraged at the amount of turn over in upper leadership roles and allowing people to be hired without knowledge of the field."
