"Depending on the position and department you are under-payed compared to your male colleague. Also, there is less than a handful of woman in management. The culture is a "Boys Club" culture ."

"It seems on the surface that it is a woman dominated company but men are treated as superior. Love the work I do and the passion for the early childhood industry. "
