Not much support for the modern women, but this is construction. You will have to stand up and be heard to get anywhere.

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

Promote more women into leadership positions

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. Depending on the team you join and the management you have, there is the opportunity of being recognized and getting promoted. Apart from that, people that have been in the company are vary narrow minded and it is a little old fashioned, as they expect that only the women know how to do admin!

Don't apply for a job here. It's stuck in the dark ages.

There's some serious leadership issues here with bullying and racism daily towards staff within the IT operations department. It's just a horrendous place to work.

It's a great place to work. Difficult to implement change. Great people. Terrible maternity and flexibility for on site staff.
