"It’s an old school good ‘ol boys cub. Policies and “gentleman’s agreements” apply to some and not others. "

"Women are treated very well here, and Kihomac does a very good job of educating and training their employees, but the maternity policies are lacking. There is no policy other than FMLA and using PTO. This may be most of the country, but it is not something I'm thrilled about. As far as I know, they have not had an engineer take maternity leave yet. "
