      "Negotiate your title and salary up every year and know your worth. Also, set your boundaries and stick to them. If you spend extra time working, the organization will demand it of you always. Many of the men in mid-level management don't do anything extra, yet still get promoted and paid more than women who work extra and are in equivalent positions or positioned to be in such. "
