"Recently they have hired women to leadership positions, and our CFO is a huge advocate for advancing women in the workplace. The CEO and CPO, and some of the engineering team can give off the impression of a boys club but once you get to know them, you realize it's unintentional. "

"As long as you're getting your work done, there is so much flexibility. I work from home at least one day per week (and my boss has said I can do more if I want). If daycare closes early or a doctors appointment pops up, I simply rearrange my schedule accordingly. "
