"Be really proactive in working with your boss or manager on OKRs. With such a growing company, there is a big opportunity to design your goals and it takes a bit of extra initiative to ensure your in agreement of the goals with your manager. "

"Great place to work, a lot of safe spaces to explore ideas with colleagues that can range from casual questions (what restaurants do you like/products/etc) to more professional questions (how to ask for raises, how to invest, etc.). "

"The best work culture/environment I have ever been apart of. I never feel guilty about having to take care of my child when they are sick , have appointments, etc. Great work life balance! "
