"With many women in leadership positions and our rockstar CPO Jenny Dearborn leading the charge from the top, Klaviyo is an amazing place to work as a woman. There is a genuine culture of giving and acting on feedback here that means we are constantly striving to do better in all aspects of the business and gender equality is no exception."
