1 2 3 4 5It depends on what department you're working for. I've worked for 3 different departments while working here and each one is unique in their flexibility based on the job needs. If the description says that you're working the front desk alone, you'll probably have a more strict schedule. But every department I've known has been very reasonable with time off.

They offer 8 weeks paid and an additional 4 unpaid. When I asked about it I was told to avoid raising the issue to the head of HR who is a woman who had multiple children while at Stifel and find its sufficient.
