Don't waste your time. A lot of talk about development but it's only lip service. Executive Leadership completely out of touch with what is really going on here.

This is a "Christian" company, so women aren't always considered equals. But if you want/have a family, management tends to be accommodating to your needs. Leave is still unpaid, however, but that's 'Murica for you.

I have been trying to start a family for some time and have recently started fertility treatments with plans to do ivf. None of this is covered in our health insurance (not even diagnostics) and if I do manage to have a family, maternity leave is unpaid, so that does scare me a bit.

Maternity leave is very good but head office location makes it tricky for drop offs/pick ups if you don't live nearby.

Family friendly, though the CEO is not gender neutral in hiring and would be overtly racist and sexist with slurs and 'jokes'

This organization needs to be more progressive in all diversity including females. There is no formal communicated company position regarding diversity and inclusion and the culture does not support any efforts in these areas.

Occurrences are a HUGE deal with this company! Not family friendly at all!!! People have been told to pick between family and work. Compliance issues are huge too. This company wants robots and have a system designed to make you fail so you don't get paid incentive. If you get fired, don't think this company will stand behind you at all. They fight so people don't get unemployment benefits. If you have kids, and need to leave work, you'll be on the road to being fired. Many women work here, but there is a huge turnover rate.
