April 2018

Mother’s rooms are abundant and the you have ability to work from home when attending to a sick child or something similar happens. There are many TI-wide initiatives, from Women’s to Pride, to Black Employee to different religions and cultures. It’s an inclusive, diverss place to work... although men still outnumber women as is common in tech fields.

The corporate office and other locations are very male-dominated. Women work in marketing roles or in administrative functions.

May 2016

I was at another firm when I had my kids, but they are very respectful of maternity leave. No paid maternity leave though. A number of women work on flex time schedules. I have flexibility in when and where I work to an extent. I wish there were more female partners.

Ask around to find out about the department you are applying to. Ask about average turnover for a hint as to how valuably they treat their employees. Different departments are night and day from one another.
