"Work life balance is supported heavily, none asks where you are and what you do as long as you deliver on your commitments. Pretty open on the reason you are declining a meeting (soccer carpool) so no need to hide that you have boundaries. "

"I havent seen hard work making a difference. Promotions are manager dependent and left on luck & chance. No transparency on Promotion. Tenure gets no privilege/ seniority respect."

"Phantastic Women support group, many developing activities and engagement actions. Process of women well-being who come back to company after maternity leave !! implemented by volunteering group & supported by management board"

"I have appreciated Kyndryl's culture, where is still new and being developed since the company is only 3 years old (post-spin off). I have felt very supported by the leaders I have worked for during this time."
