"There are not a lot of policies put in place to promote women however there are support systems, mentorships, ID&E groups paid memberships to groups and online trainings. You have to be creative, ask questions, and a little self-motivated but it can be done. "

"I'm incredibly fortunate to have amazing female colleagues and a manager. Over the years, through a severe accident, the loss of my mother, a health scare, and various challenges associated with aging, their care, wisdom, and support have been crucial. Their willingness to listen and share has fostered strong, human connections among us. Despite our differences in age, nationality, and location, I feel supported by this remarkable group of women, confident that they're there for me no matter what life throws my way. "
