"there are not many women working here, as this industry does not tend to have many within. However, this is a great place to work. I am respected for who I am, not my gender"

"warehouse is worst for flexibility on hours as it's all physical labor and requires to be there during open office hours to complete jobs. But office/admin/creative/sales jobs in front office could have more flexibility to work outside, before or after office hours or away from office remotely."
