"Make sure you ask for adequate compensation upfront, as pay increases are VERY hard to come by. Also, ask about flexibility because if you don't have it agreed on early in your role, it's not easy to back track. Besides that, it's a very positive internal culture and lots of great employee appreciation initiatives. The company does a good job encouraging teams to have fun while being productive."
