"Be prepared to deal with some men who think women just aren't good enough for the industry. To everyone (male or female) - this job doesn't offer a lot of upward mobility. "

"My manager is awesome. But doesn't like to manage. On the plus side... I don't have someone hovering over me all the time. On the negative side, my manager doesn't get involved much with me either."
