August 2017

Women are treated 2nd class. There is a lot of prejudice, especially when you are single and/or you have no kids. Very male dominated environment. Men don't let women in their circle. They hide information from women and do their own thing.

August 2016

It is a very wide and short pyramid, to move up takes a lot of politics and time. Pay will not be the same as males who were hired before you.

December 2015

I worked there for 5 years. The flexibility and level of job responsibility is phenomenal but when it comes time to advance or move up the career ladder, women are often passed over even if not married with no kids.
