"I got hired 7 months pregnant here and everyone has been great and helpful with onboarding and getting me setup. Place is very inclusive and management listens to your feedback.
There’s a huge community for parents. There’s 12 weeks paid parental for birth parents which is standard but I can’t really complain as I just got hired.
The only downside is they’re coming back to the office on October for hybrid setup (only 2 days wfh). I’m hoping this is going to be flexible to some as I still don’t feel safe commuting and walking around sf and East bay. Also 40 minutes oneway is a complete waste of time.
Anyway, product is great too!! And we use it a lot. And company is hyper growth! "
