August 2018

They offer great support for being able to go back to work and pump. However, there is no paid leave and they make you use all of your PTO on maternity leave which is difficult to come back to work with no time off with a small child.

Some days are more flexible based on meeting times. However, there is no flexibility in my role to work from home (even though it is conducive to it at times).

We had a way to get paid, but it was through Short Term Disability (which I had to pay for also) and through using sick time (which takes years to build up a few weeks).

They are making efforts to improve culture but it lacks core values for employees to use as guiding principles. I believe it will get better soon with all of the current initiatives currently in play.

It's a company that values families and moms. It has beautiful mom's rooms for nursing moms and its easy to work remote when needed. There is also great backup care.

August 2016

While it's a male-dominated industry, there is a great focus on bringing more diversity to the team. There is a lot of flexibility around hours and limiting work on the weekends. Some roles can be very travel-heavy, which can be challenging for those with families.

The staff is is almost entirely female, including some of the C-Suite. Work life balance is excellent, maternity leave benefits are reasonable, and women don't deal with the "mommy penalty" when it comes to taking leave and dealing with family obligations.
