It is a company run by men, the only woman in charge of a Division is the Legal Director. There are no women in the front office positions and only a few women in the commercial area attending the lowest tier of clientes.

There is a strong Latin American culture so family values are highly valued as well as interpersonal relationships. Sometimes it is hard to steer the conversation away from your kids towards work topics especially for women (I dont see that as a problem for men here)
