Theracare has great training and flexibility hours. This company allows employees to make their own schedules and to do make ups.

Wonderful place to work with great people, easy to ask for time off or to adjust hours if you are a hard worker and committed to the team.

StudioD is a great way to earn some extra cash but without benefits and steady work available it can only supplement income.

Writing for Demand Media (now StudioD) was a feast-or-famine experience. Available writing titles would show up in large batches, and then there would be no new titles available for weeks, months, or now even years!

Kind of a male dominated company. But pretty laid back about time off especially with regard to family matters.

It's deceptive if you only look at top management as an indicator of jbh being women friendly. One of the most powerful executives is a woman. However, in the lower ranks, there is little room to move around unless you are willing to take demotions and the pay is ridiculously low. I've been in 3 positions in 5 yrs and still make so little my son gets free lunch at school.
