"Some of the people here are great, mostly management is hanging on by a thread. Upper management and CEO have no idea what is going on in the trenches. Do not recommend."

"Beware. This is a nightare of a company that gaslit me. Management has no idea what they are doing, and people are leaving the company in droves because it's been so toxic. "

"Senior Leadership is committed to inclusion, and thus, for the most part, women are treated fairly. There is an Employee Resource Group for Women in the Workplace, which meets monthly. "

"Most managers are trained and encouraged to provide organizational support to their direct reports. Weekly one on one meetings are part of the culture, in which this time is meant to talk about your direction and development.
However, there are a few managers that could benefit from management training. For example, I had one manager who did not relieve me when I cried for help due to burnout. "
