"I love this company and their culture. I have turned it into a career and never had a Sunday where I wasn’t looking forward to the start of my work week! Yes, week. Weekends and holidays I have off. "

"Their maternity and vacation policies are still in the Stone Age. If you get pregnant with the first year you are only allowed time off to recover unpaid. Nothing more is covered and you aren’t even allowed to extend your unpaid leave to resemble an actual maternity leave. "

"Work-life balance is almost non-existent as most positions require an individual to take on multiple roles that should be filled by two people. Pay is also sub-standard. For the amount of time and commitment given to this company, you could easily find a less demanding job at almost twice the pay. "
