Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)
The Company is broken. Newly graduated engineers stay for one to two years as a "starter Job" then move on. The piece work system and the quality of skilled labor is dropping by the month. The recent start up of the Women in Lincoln Leadership or WILL an employee resource group was highly criticized by men of all levels of the company.
