An excellent employer. Within Extension, you're "out in the field" and you'll encounter bias and prejudice among those you serve the general public -- it is invaluable to have a County Director who advocates for all employees.

They do offer a back-to-work program that is based on manager discretion. For an additional 12 weeks, you can chose to work(and get paid) part-time.

November 2015

This company was founded by men, and is still a men-centered environment with all executive positions controlled by men. It is an old-school, conservtive firm where the tone is serious.

November 2015

I have been here for over a year and while there are a lot of women who work here, the campus is predominantly older cis white males. This is an old boys club where women are likely given a pat on the head and told that they don't quite understand the situation when they present new ideas. Maternity leave is unpaid.

September 2015

I've worked here for 5 years and the place was vibrant and fast-paced at the beginning. But, it is a division of an India company and 3 years ago, made to stand on its own two legs. Since then, we've have 2 major layoffs. People continue to leave and there are so few people, it is hard to get anything done. There is no difference between how men and women are treated in this company.

August 2015

I have worked here for almost 7 years and have seen upper level management come and go. The ones that are currently in the role are women yet have no understanding for working mothers and family commitments. My maternity leave was majority paid but came back to chaos with no one to support my advisers.

July 2015

Smart, hungry people but there are intense internal politics among mid to senior level management. Unclear if and how gender plays a role in advancement at the company; however, there is gender diversity across functions in junior and manager levels, but significantly less at the executive and senior levels.
